thank goodness it's over! JC prom was less of a hassle compared to sec 4's. i remember going to town e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y to look for prom dress then, so often that i developed town phobia for exactly 1 year. and guess what?

i ended up wearing my cousin dress instead cause i just couldn't make up my mind on which dress to choose. haha, totally fei! i even bought bracelet, anklet, necklace (many!), shawl, exp heels etc.

for jc prom, i only started looking for my dress 1 week before the day when i finally feel frightened after all my friends have gotten theirs! and i bought no accessories at all. it was almost 60% simplified.

I bought fake nails though! hahaha, my virgin try. and i underestimated the complexity of those plastics. u've to trim and file and shape, bad bad. and they totally destroy your nails after you removed them! my nails are still undergoing 'reparations' :(

tadah!! the pretty but deadly nails. now i agree that beauty comes with a price haha

but the fun was 50% more (but i was sick & vomitted!! :( ) ngee ann had its 1st prom then so was pretty inexperienced. better games, programmes and emcee this time round. kudos to the emcee, he's fantastic (:

so on the actual day... joined the s10 crew in the make up& hairdo @ berlin house. they're a friendly bunch, seriously (:

picked lots to do makeup& hair first cause nobody wanna be the first cause that means making up 5 hours before the actual event! felt feverish while waiting for my turn and it was tested positive by lee kiang's hands so i just rotted on the sofa. but i soon forgot about it when it was nearing my turn to make up. i just suddenly feel very excited haha

as usual, the make up artiste spent 40% of the time making my brows visible. i totally feel like an opera singer cause the make up is way too thick for my liking!

cabbed down to the hotel with liying& sihui. camped at the taxi stand while waiting for my classmates to arrive and i swear it was the best place to stand to admire hunks and babes w/o being noticed. everyone's looking @ their best (:

reached early to collect tickets for my table cause i was the table i/c but i'll never ever want to be one again

i really did indicate that there's a vegetarian during all verifications and payment but the info somehow got lost and no vegetarian food was served in the end. was guilty to the max but thank goodness gianhui was understanding enough (:

then the table games that was pretty fun

our game representative who had to stand on the chair. had to collect 10 items and dress him up. but we couldn't participate cause we're short of 1 miserable less item!

then we played bingo and we were the 2nd group to bingo! only half the group was aware that we've bingoed and it's like half the table screaming away& the other half listening to us scream

i was secretly happy when i was asked to bend down haha! okay i cheated with my heels, but i'm still happy!

my virgin clubbing experience was a thumbs down cause i was feeling very sick by then (queuing up to enter) and i vomited. The long stationary queue's not helping & so we forfeited our drink & joined the "under 18" queue. The loud music made me more giddy than ever and i threw up again.

but still it didnt dampen my mood to take pictures! haha. blur ones though

she's still (much) taller despite my attempt to 'stretch' painstakingly!

Done! overall i would say i enjoyed myself tremendously with my friends, it would be a better night if i wasn't sick (everybody refused to believe me when i said i was! hahaha) && thanks to my dearest joycelyn, gianhui, zhisheng & yancheng who cared/ took care of me, especially the girls who helped me to the toilet (:

will be away for 5 days from tomorrow onwards so I sincerely wish kylie seah a fantastic and happy birthday in advance! Wait for me before celebrating your b'day hor!
